Ratnagiri Chemicals, Pvt. Ltd. is a leading manufacturer of Anti-oxidant additives for Food, and Petrochemical industries since 1996.The company is manufacturing an exclusive range of Alkylation products of Hydroquinone, Catechol, Para-Cresol and Phenol. The Factory and Product Development Centre are located in a well developed Industrial area at Lote-Parshuram, District: Ratnagiri, Maharashtra , India . The location is close to Nhava-Sheva / Mumbai Ports . The Head office of RCPL is in Navi Mumbai. The facilities are divided into two units. Unit - 1 : For manufacturing anti-oxidants and process of Guaiacol and Veratrol. Unit - 2 : Distillation facility and petrochemical anti-oxidants. Commenced operations with only BHT manufacturing in 1996. Growing consistently at an average rate of 30% per year. Introduced petrochemical antioxidants like Gasoline antioxidant, Diesel Stabilisers and ATF antioxidants in 1997. Developed and commenced manufacture of alkylated phenols like MBP, 2,6 DTBP in 2001. The only company in the region for these products. Introduced TBHQ in 2002. Introduced BHA in 2003. Plant capacity expansion by 100% during 2003. All the products developed with in house Research and Development only. Introduced ISO 9001 Quality Systems in 2003. After establishing leading position in domestic market, commenced export of food grade antioxidants in 2001 and presently exporting to USA , South America , Europe and Middle East [Total 38 countries] Commenced manufacture and export of HQMME[P-Methoxy Phenol], Guaiacol and Veratrol during 2006. 100% capacity expansion for HQMME,Guaiacol is implemented in 2010.
